How is my protein target calculated?
From your body weight and whether you do resistance training, using a range commonly cited for supporting lean mass during weight loss (about 1.2–2.0 g per kg of body weight per day). Individual needs vary. It is an educational estimate, not a personal medical recommendation — talk to your clinician or a registered dietitian.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete all my data. To remove information held on our servers (your sign-in email, subscription record, and AI-coach usage counts), email us and we will delete it. Your raw health logs stay on your device and your private iCloud — see our Privacy Policy for what the AI coach sends.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Manage or cancel any time in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Does Myokeep give medical or dosing advice?
No. Myokeep is for education and tracking. You log your own prescribed dose; the app never recommends, calculates, or adjusts one, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any drug manufacturer. For anything medical, talk to your clinician or a registered dietitian.
